Website and contact
This section covers the LuckyPlay website luckyplay.gr. For privacy requests, contact info@luckyplay.gr. The existing mobile-app notice follows in a separate section.
Browsing and hosting
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Technical data such as IP address, browser, page and request time are used to deliver content, secure the service and investigate errors. Results are public draw data. The website has no user registration, ticket submissions or entry payments.
Traffic analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, enabled through our hosting, for aggregate page-view and performance information. The current setting excludes visitors from the European Union: the beacon is not injected for them. It uses a JavaScript beacon and, according to the provider documentation, does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors. Cloudflare Web Analytics information.
Preferences on your device
The Mini/Full display preference is stored locally in your browser under the lottery.drawSize key for each game. You can remove it in your browser's site-data settings. It is not sent as a personal profile. The app-install reminder is disabled; if enabled, it stores its display time locally to limit repetition.
Contact and external links
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond. Do not send ticket codes, payment details or identity documents. App stores and official sources have their own privacy terms. Your data is not part of the public results service.
Advertising and rights
Draw searches do not require advertising tracking. Before enabling advertising services that require consent, we will provide provider information and consent choices. You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of data you have sent us and rights applicable to your circumstances. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
