POWERSPIN guide: rules and payouts of the wheel
POWERSPIN is OPAP’s lucky wheel: a ball spins around a 27-position wheel and lands on a number, a colour zone, or the SPIN symbol. Draws run every 4 minutes while stores are open, according to the official provider’s schedule. Here you will see how to play, what you can bet on, and the payout for each option.
The wheel has 27 positions: numbers 1 to 24 and three SPIN symbols. The example shows a single-number bet.

How to play POWERSPIN
Choose your bet
You can bet on a single number (1-24), a combination of numbers, one of the three colour zones, the SPIN symbol, or Over/Under 12.5, meaning whether the ball stops on a number above or below 12.5.
Set your stake
The minimum stake starts at €0.50 and you can raise it in multiples. The higher the stake, the higher the potential win, always calculated as a multiple of your amount.
Hand in your slip
POWERSPIN is played with a dedicated paper slip at the store counter. There are no number columns like the other games, only the bet you chose.
Watch the draw
The wheel spins every 4 minutes and the result appears simultaneously on screens across the store network. With POWERSPIN COMBO, each round includes three consecutive draws on three wheels.
Collect your win
If the ball stops where you bet, your win is the multiplier of your choice times your stake. The table shows gross amounts; any deductions follow the official provider’s terms.
POWERSPIN payouts and odds
POWERSPIN payouts are fixed per bet type. The table shows the basic payouts and the probability of each option in a single draw.
| Bet type | Payout | Probability |
|---|---|---|
| Single number (1-24) | 24× | 1 in 27 |
| SPIN symbol | 8× | 1 in 9 |
| Colour zone (8 numbers) | 3× | 1 in 3.4 |
| Over or Under 12.5 | 2× | 1 in 2.25 |
If the ball stops on a SPIN symbol, colour-zone and Over/Under bets lose. Exact terms and payouts are set by the operator and can change, so confirm them at the store.
The zones of the wheel
The 24 numbers on the wheel are split into three zones of eight, each with its own colour: red (2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 15, 20, 21), blue (1, 8, 9, 11, 14, 16, 22, 24), and green (3, 4, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 23). A zone bet wins if the ball stops on any of its eight numbers.
The three SPIN positions are identical to each other and act as a bonus spot: plain number bets lose there, but a dedicated SPIN bet pays 8×.
POWERSPIN COMBO: three wheels
In POWERSPIN COMBO, you can select outcomes on the first two or all three wheels, with a separate payout table for combinations. The basic wheel remains a distinct entry type.
Basic-wheel example: €0.50 on a correct single number at 24× gives €12 gross. The difference from the stake is €11.50 before any deductions. That calculation does not automatically apply to a COMBO entry.
Frequently asked questions about POWERSPIN
What is POWERSPIN?
An OPAP wheel game. A ball stops on one of the wheel’s 27 positions: the numbers 1 to 24 or one of the three SPIN symbols.
How often are POWERSPIN draws held?
Every 4 minutes for the basic wheel. Check the current schedule with the official provider. The result appears simultaneously on every screen in the network.
What does the SPIN symbol mean on the wheel?
It is one of three special wheel positions. If you bet on SPIN and the ball stops there, you win 8× your stake. If you did not bet on SPIN, that position knocks out zone and Over/Under bets.
How much does it cost to play POWERSPIN?
The minimum stake is €0.50, raised in multiples. The maximum win on a single number reaches 24× your stake.
Where can I play POWERSPIN?
At official operator stores. Confirm available channels and current terms with the operator. LuckyPlay provides results information and does not submit tickets.
What is POWERSPIN COMBO?
A separate combination option on two or three wheels. It requires the COMBO payout table rather than the basic-wheel table.
